Legends and folk tales of wild jackals and holy men surround the black hill of Kutch. Going towards the peak, the hill road has an optical illusion of a gravity hill where vehicle seems to defy the gravity and roll from down slope to up the slope. Reaching at the top a panoramic expanse of the White Rann, thorny vegetation and desert sands stretches in front of you.
The Travel Journal is a series of Drawings made on Location during travels by the Artist. Through combining her Architecture training and sensitivity to space, the Artist truly captures sense of space and lets you see these beautiful places from her eyes.
